Chelsea are in a haste to keep both their Belgians from circling vultures.
Hazard’s contract is being processed at the Stamford bridge to keep him from the likes of Real Madrid, the Chelsea’s number 10 who returned to top form in the 2016/2017 season has been continually linked with the Spanish giants and Chelsea would leave no stone unturned in other to keep him in their folds.
The Belgium captain is currently the highest paid Blue at €200,000 and could see it rise by a further 100,000 to be €300,000. The star attacker who returned from injury recently had a bright display against Atletico Madrid in the Champions league and the Chelsea hierarchies would love to see much of those fantastic displays.
Fellow Belgian, Thibaut Courtois could also get a new contract, although that should come after the negotiations of the former has been completed.
Courtouis currently earns around €120,000 a week and could rise to 200,000 if he was to agree a new contract, his current contract would expire in 21 months and with Real Madrid being linke, Chelsea would want to avoid the 2016/2017 golden glove winner slip through their fingers.
